Higher Education Trust Fund Annual Report

About the Report

The Vermont Higher Education Endowment Trust Fund was created in 1999 to receive and invest assets, and make disbursements, for the benefit of the University of Vermont, Vermont State Colleges and Vermont Student Assistance Corporation (16 V.S.A. §2885). Annually, by August 31, the Treasurer renders a financial report to the Commission on Higher Education Funding on the receipts, disbursements and earnings of this fund for the preceding fiscal year.
