The objective of this RFP document is to solicit proposals from public retirement system implementation vendors for a new, integrated pension administration solution. Specifically, vendors are to propose a solution consisting of the implementation of a fully integrated retirement system and customizations to that system to meet the mandatory requirements of VRS. The contract to be awarded, as a result of this solicitation, will be for the following solution components: hardware, commodity software, line-of-business (LOB) application software, documentation, testing, implementation, integration, training, warranty, and support.

On behalf of the Vermont State Treasurer's Office and Trustees of the Vermont State Retirement Systems, the Attorney General of Vermont is soliciting proposals from outside legal counsel with significant experience and expertise in evaluating, monitoring and/or carrying out securities class action litigation. In view of events over the past several years, the State Treasurer's Office and Trustees of the Retirement Systems seek to monitor and potentially participate in securities class actions and other litigation when appropriate to safeguard the interests of the Retirement Systems.

The Retirement Division of the Vermont Office of the State Treasurer is seeking qualified bids from an imaging backfile conversion service provider. Qualified bidders must provide services in the areas of: backfile conversion and on-site interim imaging system with scanning, indexing, storage, retrieval, and microfilm backup of images for approximately 1.8 million documents until a new line-of-business (LOB) pension solution can be implemented; and develop documented processes and procedures to guide the implementation and execution both during the backfile and day-forward phases.
