State Treasurer Beth Pearce Honors Students for Financial Literacy Achievement
Event: Students, their parents and school officials from around the state will join State Treasurer Beth Pearce and Lt. Governor David Zuckerman in a noon ceremony recognizing April as Financial Literacy month. The State Treasurer will recognize individual student achievement in two statewide financial literacy programs: Reading is an Investment and the Be Money Wise Poster Competition.

Visuals/Photo Op: Colorful posters, students attending from schools across Vermont, students receiving pink piggy banks and certificates of achievement, school librarian presented with a prize of a giant teddy bear.
